Payment is collected only after the hostess accepts your booking request. If declined, you are not charged.
Cancellations
Yes, you can cancel a booking. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance you cancel:
- More than 48 hours before event Full refund
- 24-48 hours before event 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before event No refund
- Hostess cancels Full refund + priority rebooking
- Pending booking Full refund (no charge)
Payments
Rates vary by hostess and service type. Each hostess sets their own hourly and daily rates visible on their profile. A platform fee is added at checkout.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system.

Account
Go to Account Settings and click 'Delete Account'. Note that you must complete or cancel all active bookings first. Account deletion is permanent.
Yes, you can download all your personal data from Account Settings under 'Data & Privacy'. This includes profile information, booking history, and messages.
For Hostesses
Sign up as a hostess, complete your profile with photos and service details, submit verification documents, and start receiving booking requests!
Hostesses are paid after each completed booking. Earnings are available for payout via Stripe, typically within 2-3 business days.
You can book staff for corporate events, trade shows, product launches, private parties, galas, festivals, nightlife events, and more.
