1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Event Stuffer ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Event Stuffer is a marketplace platform that connects event planners ("Clients") with professional event staff ("Hostesses"). We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication between parties but do not directly provide event staffing services.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. For Clients

As a Client using Event Stuffer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate event details when making bookings
• Treat all hostesses with respect and professionalism
• Pay for services through the platform's payment system
• Not request services outside the scope of the booking
• Report any issues through the dispute resolution system

5. For Hostesses

As a Hostess on Event Stuffer, you agree to:

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date profile
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Arrive on time and provide the agreed services
• Maintain professional conduct at all times
• Complete identity verification as required

6. Payments and Fees

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• A platform fee is charged on each booking
• Hostess payouts are processed after booking completion
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation refunds are determined by timing:

• More than 48 hours before event: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before event: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before event: No refund
• Hostess cancellation: Full refund + priority rebooking
• Pending bookings: Full refund (no charge)
• Disputed bookings: Handled through dispute resolution

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in harassment, discrimination, fraud, misrepresentation, solicitation of services outside the platform, sharing of inappropriate content, or any illegal activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Event Stuffer, including logos, text, and design, is the property of Event Stuffer or its content creators. Users retain rights to their own uploaded content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Event Stuffer serves as a marketplace and is not liable for the actions of Clients or Hostesses. We do not guarantee the quality of services or the behavior of users. Disputes between parties should be resolved through our dispute resolution system.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be filed through the platform within 48 hours of the event. Our team will review and mediate disputes. Decisions are final and binding.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. legal@partystuffer.com.
